Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
  • Collection and delivery of IT assets to customer sites.
  • Non-invasive maintenance and issue reporting of assigned company vehicle.
  • Customer and cross-department relationship management.
  • Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
  • Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.

Additional Duties:

  • Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
  • Assist with on-site projects.
  • Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
  • Upkeep of work area.
  • Assist Network Team with network appliance installations.
  • Continued technical education.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Able to routinely lift at a minimum 40lb.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Curiosity and strong desire to constantly learn.

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record.
