Detailed Description
The Account Manager is responsible for conducting field work to expand Netsync’s client base and for maintaining relationships with assigned account partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an outside sales environment to identify opportunities and manage them through the entire sales life cycle; this includes, but is not limited to, visiting client sites, bringing clients in for tours, entertaining clients in social settings, etc
- Drive within the assigned territory and designated location parameters
- Take a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, including but not limited to conducting local and online research, making phone calls, and networking through existing contacts and clients
- Build and maintain key relationships with strategic clients and manufacturing partners
- Develop a strong understanding of Netsync’s products and services in order to communicate these effectively to potential clients and partners
- Gain a thorough understanding of Netsync’s internal operations to effectively coordinate efforts across different business units
- Responsible for achieving top-line revenue and gross profit (annual GP target: $650K)
- Enter account data and related metrics into the CRM system for manager review
- Some travel required to attend trainings, partner events, and Netsync required gatherings
